1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between you ("User" or "Member") and jstar888 ("Company", "We", "Platform"). The jstar888 platform operates under international licensing and offers online gambling services to users who meet the specified eligibility requirements.

By registering an account, accessing the jstar888 website, using any of our applications or taking part in any game or betting activity on this platform, you hereby agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are required not to use our platform.

jstar888 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the website. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. User Eligibility

jstar888 services are available only to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Are not on an active self-exclusion list from any gambling programme
• Are not located in a territory where online gambling activities are prohibited
• Are not a jstar888 employee or an immediate family member of our staff

jstar888 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Accounts that fail to provide the required documents within the specified period will be suspended until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) jstar888 account. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved and forfeiture of any existing balances. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

3.2 Username and Password

You are fully responsible for choosing a secure username and password and for keeping your login details confidential. jstar888 recommends using a strong password that combines uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. You must not share your account details with any third party.

3.3 Information Updates

You are responsible for ensuring all information in your account remains up to date. Changes to personal details such as your mobile number or email must be submitted to our support team. Inaccurate information may cause delays in payment processing or account verification.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure, jstar888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents including a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), a copy of recent proof of address and proof of ownership of the payment method used. This verification process is to protect your account security and to comply with international licensing requirements.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

jstar888 accepts a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in a secure, encrypted environment.

4.2 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10. The minimum withdrawal is RM100. Withdrawals are normally processed within one hour of the request being submitted, subject to required verification.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

To request a withdrawal, your account must have completed the full identity verification process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. jstar888 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes.

4.4 Transaction Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring all transaction details are correct before confirming any deposit or withdrawal. jstar888 is not liable for losses arising from incorrect transaction details provided by the user.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jstar888 offers a welcome bonus of 150% on the first deposit up to RM300. Example calculation: a deposit of RM100 receives a bonus of RM150, bringing your balance to RM250. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus value before bonus funds can be withdrawn — for a bonus of RM150, this means RM2,250 in wagers is required. For deposits of RM600 and above, the maximum bonus of RM300 is granted (balance RM900), with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 15 = RM4,500.

5.2 General Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and validity periods as specified. Bonuses may only be used for wagering and cannot be withdrawn directly without meeting the wagering requirements. jstar888 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.3 VIP Programme

The jstar888 VIP programme consists of four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum — each with different weekly cashback rates. Members who reach the highest tier enjoy cashback benefits of up to 1.5% every week. Eligibility to advance to a higher VIP tier depends on activity and active participation on the platform.

5.4 Bonus Abuse Prohibition

Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system through low-risk wagering calculated solely to meet wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts or other methods deemed to be bonus fraud is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.

6. Game Rules

jstar888 offers a range of game categories including slots, live casino, sportsbook, sports betting, basketball and arcade games. Each game category has its own specific rules available in the game help section.

• All game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure
• Technical failures or connection interruptions during a game session are the responsibility of the user
• jstar888 is not liable for game disruptions caused by network issues on the user's end
• RTP (Return to Player) values for games are general information provided by the respective game developers
• Sports betting outcomes are based on official results from the relevant sports authority

In situations where a technical failure affects a game result, jstar888 reserves the right to void the bets involved and return the wagered funds to the user's account.

7. Prohibited Activities

jstar888 users are strictly prohibited from doing the following:

• Registering more than one account under the same or different names or identities
• Using any automated software (bots), scripts or automated systems to interact with the platform
• Collaborating with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion)
• Using this platform for any money laundering activity or financing of illegal activities
• Attempting to hack, breach or disrupt the platform's security systems
• Spreading false information about the jstar888 platform to other users
• Exploiting any bug or system vulnerability for personal gain without reporting it to management
• Using the platform in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations

8. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, processing and protection of users' personal information is governed by the jstar888 Privacy Policy, which is available on our Privacy Policy page. The Privacy Policy forms part of this Agreement and should be read together with these Terms and Conditions.

By using our platform, you agree that jstar888 may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of:

• Identity verification and fraud prevention
• Processing financial transactions
• Compliance with licensing requirements and applicable laws
• Service improvement and user experience enhancement
• Account-related and promotional communications (with consent)

9. Limitation of Liability

jstar888 is not responsible for any indirect, consequential or special losses, damages or costs incurred by users arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or money resulting from game outcomes
• Service disruptions due to scheduled system maintenance
• Losses resulting from unauthorised third-party access to a user's account
• Failure or delay of third-party payment systems
• Any personal financial decisions made based on gambling activity on this platform

jstar888's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure by User

You may close your jstar888 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before closure, ensure that all eligible funds have been withdrawn. Unclaimed balances will be processed in accordance with our internal policy.

10.2 Closure by jstar888

jstar888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if a user is found to have violated any provision of this Agreement, provided false information during registration, or engaged in activities suspected to involve fraud or money laundering.

10.3 Self-Exclusion Programme

Users who wish to voluntarily stop gambling may contact our support team to activate self-exclusion. The exclusion period available is determined by the user. During an active exclusion period, access to the account is fully restricted and cannot be lifted early.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

jstar888 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on the official jstar888 website. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest terms.

Continued use of the jstar888 platform after amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the amendments made, you should stop using the platform and may close your account.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is interpreted and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws under the international licensing jurisdiction in which jstar888 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties involved.

If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be referred to a dispute resolution body recognised under jstar888's international licence. The decision of that body is final and binding on both parties.
